Becoming a Christian is the most significant decision you can make, and God’s plan for salvation is simple and accessible to everyone.
GOD LOVES YOU.
“This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.” 1 John 4:10 (NLT)
Sin is Choosing Our Way Over God’s Way.
Sin separates us from God, as we all fall short of His glory. “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” Romans 3:23 (NLT)
God Sent Jesus So You Wouldn’t Have to Bear the Penalty of Sin.
Jesus died on the cross, was buried, and rose again so that all who believe can have eternal life. “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 (NLT)
How to Become a Christian
A – Admit
Admit to God that you are a sinner.
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” Romans 3:23 (NLT)
Repent, turning away from sin and toward God.
“Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.” Acts 3:19 (NLT)
B – Believe
Believe that Jesus is God’s Son and accept His gift of forgiveness.
“But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” Romans 5:8 (NLT)
Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus.
“Jesus told him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”‘ John 14:6 (NLT)
C – Confess
Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord.
“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved… For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:9-10,13 (NLT)
Is It Time for You to Become a Christian?
The Holy Spirit may be prompting you to make this decision. If you’re ready, say a prayer similar to this one. The prayer itself doesn’t save you; your faith in Jesus does.

Yes, everyone does. When you do, ask God for forgiveness and for His help to obey Him. “But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.” 1 John 1:9 (NLT)
Will I need to become a Christian again?
No, salvation through Jesus is eternal. “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5b (NLT)
